For
those too young or new to the club to remember him,
Bob Hayman was one of the true giants of the club who
over a period of 30 years or so transformed Westbury
from a small two team club into the successful seven
team club that it is today. After Bob passed away in
2005, his daughter very kindly made a donation to the
Club to found an award in his honour and memory. The
purpose of the Award being to recognise and reward an
individual who has made an outstanding contribution
to the Club in the spirit of Bob’s many years
of devoted service.
